the morning sun
hope in his hand slung
rose to greet me today
as i struggled to find , another reason
to shun that hope away

i sulked on stars, vanishing away

and the moon that set me free

i used my pillow 
to shield my being
from the happiness that he beamed
couldn't care for the day,anyway
my dream was still my dream!


i held my ground , but lost again
couldn't help my eyes not see
that fragile bird on my window pane
singing her song , taking me away
to tufts of foam on waves of  sea.


as i  bore witness, oftentime 
to nature's famed machinery
the night,she left gracefully
teh bird didn't seem to mind
it robbed my dream , the sun so vile
felt another, couldn't help but smile !

wandered in my dream last night
found no one but guilt and frigth
spoke to them
i always do!
wondering! it can't be true!

don't wanna write anymore......

said teh little mermaid

as she had come to decide

to trade her fins for a life

out of teh water!

her long hair dripping

shining bright

as she wore her famous smile

scales, they shed

breeze and that golden skin,they met

as she felt a shiver of glee

her innocence sparkled,she could breathe!

moved away from the rising sun

into the world

that for her awaits

singing a song

forgotten for long

mere mortal men

had no choice 

fell on their knees

begun to rejoice !!

WOKE UP EARLY, AS TEH DAY GREW DARK
HEARD THOSE PRETTY BIRDS SPARK
SCREECHING ,EXCITED AS IN HOPE OR DISDAIN
INEVITABLE! WITH THAT NIMBUS,IT WAS BOUND TO RAIN

CONQUERED THE EDGE,WITH VACANT MIND
THE HEART WAS LONELY TOO
DREARILY FELL BACK TO TEH DREAM
THAT BORE JUST ME AND YOU

RAIN DROPS ,TINY,ROSE TO FIGHT
CHALLENGING TEH DARK NIMBUS MIGHT
YEARNING TO BE FREE
THEY DID SUCCEED AND FELL WITH PRIDE
AS LIVING THIS MOMENT I TRIED
FOR THEY HAD A DREAM INSANE
TO MEET THE SOIL,MY TURMOIL
DOUSE TEH FIRE AND THE PAIN

MY OUTSTRETCHED ARMS
THEY MET WITH PASSION
COOLED TEH SKIN SALVED TEH SOUL
WASHING AWAY THOSE MEMORIES SORE
AS I STEPPED BACK,FROM TEH EDGE
MY MIND DID FILL WITH  HAPPY THOUGHT
TO GREET LIFE ONCE AGAIN
SUNLIGHT TORE THE NIMBUS APART
LIKE YOU LIFE BUT ...........

staring at the vacant sky
saw dear hope passing by
she winked at me
i winced at her
dazed , distraught
wanted someone to die

she knocked that door
let her in once more
as my mind yet opened
to the cherished dream
head in her arm
her hair on my face
straining to be free
exploded my dream

trapped,yet again in aimless thought
failed yet again to that knock
peeped out, and saw life
she'd promised to be there
in every moment of strife

fleeing hope , waiting life
cudn reach teh due conclusion
as teh sky drew dark
teh rain did pour
hope had left that moment
that moment!tasted sour

finally stood up
and showed life the way
be wary of fate , oh soul
so that next time
you could stop hope
when she turned away!!
